our services

Youth programs are being asked to support kids with increasingly complex behavioral, emotional, and learning needs — often with limited training and support. Staff are dealing with more dysregulation, conflict, aggression and shutdowns, than ever before.

We will help your afterschool program, summer programs, schools, and nonprofits create calmer, safer, more connected environments where both staff and kids thrive. Your team will build the skills, systems, and confidence to support kids with disabilities and big behaviors in real-world settings.

The Village Well gave our team the gifts of confidence and hope. Staff who felt defeated now feel capable and supported. We’ve seen stronger relationships, fewer power struggles, and more kids with disabilities truly included in our program.

Program Improvement Projects

Our innovative model focuses on short improvement sprints of 2-4 weeks during which staff set a goal, implement small changes, and then assess initial success. If the change works, we go deeper. If it doesn’t, we pivot.
